I guess this isn't thread jacking because it harks back to the original discussion on ultimate suspension set up so:
evo II rear bar: 201 326 37 65
evo II rear bar bushings: 210 326 08 81

The sportline 124 front sway bar and the 500E bar are the same If I am not mistaken. A customer of my mechanic just ordered a new 500E sway bar to replace the one on his CE 320 (which has the sportline suspension also) and they were identical..27.72 mm approx.

i had a customer that just bought a civic that was lowered and had a "dtm style" muffler. she wanted it raised back up and stock exhaust put on. I put the muffler on my car. Free parts, YEAH. I used slam specialties bags. I think it was re5's. I plated my lower arms with 3/8" plate and made cups that fit in the upper spring pockets. Originally I was going to make some lowers out of DOM tubing to get it lower, but after seeing some of your cars I want more perfomance. I've got a truck show next month so my euro headlight are on the way. I'm re-primering her, painting the stock wheels black (until i get new wheels), smoking the tail lights and tinting the windows. after the show I will pull the motor and start building the 103 or 104 block(don't know which yet)

You still have SLS on your car (Eibach ProKit), do you not? What front shocks are you using?

yeah i want to see your control arms and see how they look with the bags. I want to bag my 190e also. How often do you change tires on that thing. I'm sure you get alot of camber wear on the tires.

It is 18mm in diameter. This link should give you all the swaybar knowledge you'll need; it can also be found as a "sticky" at the top of the Suspension & Brakes section.

You guys are a little confused.

No such thing as a 500E limo sway bar.

There is a 500E sway bars which have a special shape to clear the V8.

You might want to go with the 300E Limo sway bar, which is actually bigger than the 500E front sway bar, as you all know you need to cut them down to fit the 190E.

Secondly, Id recommend a more rigid mounting system for the front strut. That OE MB one has so much play.
-RDM TEK front camber kit

or

speedtek with pillow ball system

or

mrp's system with pillowball

Depending what you want.

Get ready to unload your bank account.

5) even 500e cut springs...

I know we have discussed spring rates before, but does anyone know the specs and or rates on the 500E front springs? I was looking at some different springs off of different Mercedes chassis and would like to know if some other springs would be of useable rate even if you have to cut them down.
