john your ride is ripped. I'd take it in a heartbeat, but with all the money invested wouldn't it be cheaper to buy a 16V?....but to be compleatly honest your car is actually probably cooler than a 16V lol.

The paint flaked off instantly because it was sprayed right over dirt. We did all the sanding and grinding because we wanted to knock the texture in the metal down.

JB Weld melts at a few hundred degrees if I remember correctly so we didn't want any of that. No logo.

thanks man :)

i do think my car is way cooler than a 16v. its more fun to drive (except the bit about the automatic transmission) and knowing that I put the effort into to make it the way it is today (with help along the way) just makes it that much more fun.

Good one there Choad Stevens. I used the 2-part epoxy G2 Paint kit. Educate yourself:
eBay Motors: RED G2 BRAKE CALIPER PAINT EPOXY STYLE KIT FREE SHIP (item 280264944402 end time Sep-15-08 05:11:13 PDT)

what did you use? Rattlecan BBQ paint? hahahah
