2.6, manual whit asd, what oils

so my new 190e got 44k miles on clock, it been many years stored in garage, the oil on engine smells really bad, so its i think its time to change all oils on car

what to put on
Gearbox?
ASD diff?

ATF Dextron II in the transmission (some guys here also suggest redline)

I'm also curious what you guys say about a diff oil. I have some 30-75w gear oil I was going to put in there any suggestions would you suggest different oil in non-lsd and lsd differentials

I put Royal Purple in my diff. Seemed to quiet it down a bit, but otherwise, works fine. I'm sure that regular 75-90 would have been fine.
